Blue Woods Management Group, Inc. was formed in 1995 with three buildings under management. Today Blue Woods manages 38 residential properties.

Founded by President Donald Wilson, who started the firm after 14 years with another management company. Blue Woods maintains offices in Manhattan, Westchester, and Rockland and is responsible for approximately 3,000 co-op and condo units throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, and Rockland. Virtually all new business has come from referrals from Board members, attorneys, accountants, and sales agents impressed with our knowledge and personal service.

We are committed to providing our clients with smart, efficient and responsive management.  We do this by limiting the number of buildings our agents manage and providing one point of contact to meet their needs.  The firm complements this service with expert advice, detailed monthly financial reports and constant communication with Boards.

Blue Woods has created an impressive reputation in not only effectively handling day-to-day operations of its buildings, but has a vast level of experience overseeing multi-million dollar capital improvement projects, as well as the occasional crisis.  We do whatever it takes to solve problems and keep our buildings functioning well.
